Job Duties
- Front counter service and/or drive thru service
- take customer orders politely and accurately
- expedite orders and deliver to customer
- ensure proper cash handling practices are followed
- maintain cleanliness of counter, dining room, and restrooms
- follow directions as instructed by manager on duty
- kitchen food preparation
- openers set up workstations and complete opening checklists
- prepare all food necessary to ready the restaurant following Burger King operational brand standards
- operate fryer to prepare fries and specialty products
- perform outdoor facility maintenance including emptying trash cans, hosing down parking lot, picking up trash, landscaping, snow shoveling, and cleaning windows and menu boards
- perform indoor facility maintenance including cleaning dining room, play land, restrooms, drive thru and kitchen area, empty trash, clean tables, chairs, toilets, sinks, windows, mop floors, clean kitchen equipment, organize storage areas
- unload and stock product deliveries
- maintain stock levels in ice dispensers, freezers, beverage and condiment centers
