Job Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds frequently
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
Push/pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye-hand coordination
Flexible availability to work varying shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Experience as a sales associate or cashier is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Motivated to advance career and learn new skills

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Operate cash register and process transactions
Make product suggestions to customers
Assist with the store's food program as needed
Maintain store appearance both inside and outside
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
Provide fast and friendly service to enhance customer satisfaction
