Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally
Ability to push or pull with a force of up to 20 pounds
Ability to bend at waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
Good hand-eye coordination for grasping and manipulating objects
Flexible availability for scheduling

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Experience as a sales associate or cashier
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining a positive attitude
Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer helpful suggestions
Motivation to advance career and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Run the register and handle cashier duties efficiently
Make purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience
Assist with the food program as needed
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness both inside and outside
Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily store goals
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
