Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout work hours
- compliant with local and state regulations regarding tip eligibility
- able to provide excellent customer service consistently
- willingness to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
