Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for 30 minutes in a shift
Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push and pull with arms up to 20 pounds force
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hand-eye coordination
Must be available for evening shifts
Regular and predictable onsite attendance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail and customer service experience preferred
Sales associate or cashier experience beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish goals
Motivation to advance career and willingness to learn
Ability to think quickly and provide solutions

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Run the cash register and perform cashier duties
Make product purchase suggestions to customers
Maintain high store appearance standards inside and outside
Work with the food program as needed
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Work quickly while maintaining a fun and energetic environment
