Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
Must possess dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
Comfortable working near open flames
Ability to work in tight spaces
Maintain near constant communication with multiple people
Have close, distance, and peripheral vision
Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety
May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions occasionally

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage with guests positively and professionally
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new roles and responsibilities
Physical ability to handle the demands of the role including standing and lifting

Job Duties

Enthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requested
Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized
Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each of our guests
Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Assist with any additional duties assigned
