Job Duties
- Maintain a fast speed of service
- resolve questions and concerns of guests
- follow all safety and security procedures
- learn new skills, duties, and responsibilities through the DHC Training Program
- communicate with supervisors for additional training
- greet guests and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude
- work with co-workers to prepare menu items following safety and sanitary requirements
- operate kitchen equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
- ensure daily restaurant cleanliness including clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- handle guest complaints professionally
- maintain neat appearance according to uniform policy
- understand and meet performance expectations
- follow management team rules and directions
