Job Duties

  • Maintain a fast speed of service
  • resolve questions and concerns of guests
  • follow all safety and security procedures
  • learn new skills, duties, and responsibilities through the DHC Training Program
  • communicate with supervisors for additional training
  • greet guests and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude
  • work with co-workers to prepare menu items following safety and sanitary requirements
  • operate kitchen equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
  • ensure daily restaurant cleanliness including clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
  • handle guest complaints professionally
  • maintain neat appearance according to uniform policy
  • understand and meet performance expectations
  • follow management team rules and directions
