Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or customer service roles preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
excellent communication skills
ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be at least 16 years old or meet local labor regulations

must be able to learn POS cash register, kitchen screens, recipes

Job Duties

greet and thank customers
place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
relay customer food and beverage orders from service counter to kitchen operations
cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following food safety and sanitation procedures
stock kitchen and customer service operations with necessary supplies
stock salsa bars with appropriate levels of sauces, condiments, paper and utensils
fill food and beverage orders as part of the coordinated kitchen and customer service operations
collect customer payments and return proper change using cash register
unload deliveries of supplies to restaurant
clean interior and exterior of the restaurant premises including floors, tables, counters, kitchenware, and equipment
observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
maintain safe public access to the restaurant
perform all other duties as assigned by management
