Job Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands requiring eye-hand coordination
Willingness to work days, evenings, or overnight shifts
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail and customer service experience preferred
Sales associate or cashiering experience beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
Problem-solving skills and quick thinking

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide excellent customer care
Run the register and handle cashier duties
Make purchase suggestions to customers
Work with the store's food program when needed
Maintain high standards for store appearance inside and out
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily store goals
