Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to stand and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
good communication skills
willingness to learn and provide excellent guest service
availability to work flexible shifts
adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age
ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
basic math skills for cash handling
ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
practices active listening and connection
anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
floats between barista and guest service, and willingly fulfills all team member roles and responsibilities
takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
maintains the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
actively thinks and acts upon what the team and guest will need in the future
differentiates between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
understands and takes direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities
brings the Core Values to life in all daily tasks by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
brings joy to interactions and makes fun happen
