Job Duties

  • Greet and thank customers
  • Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
  • Relay customer food and beverage orders from service counter to kitchen operations
  • Cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following proper food safety procedures
  • Stock kitchen and customer service areas with necessary materials and supplies
  • Stock salsa bars with appropriate sauces, condiments, paper, and utensils
  • Fill customer food and beverage orders as part of coordinated operations
  • Collect customer payments and return proper change using cash registers
  • Unload deliveries of food and beverage supplies
  • Clean the restaurant premises including floors, tables, windows, kitchenware, and equipment
  • Observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
  • Maintain safe public access to the restaurant
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
