- Ability to learn POS Cash Register, Kitchen Screens, and Recipes
Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers
- Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
- Relay customer food and beverage orders from service counter to kitchen operations
- Cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following proper food safety procedures
- Stock kitchen and customer service areas with necessary materials and supplies
- Stock salsa bars with appropriate sauces, condiments, paper, and utensils
- Fill customer food and beverage orders as part of coordinated operations
- Collect customer payments and return proper change using cash registers
- Unload deliveries of food and beverage supplies
- Clean the restaurant premises including floors, tables, windows, kitchenware, and equipment
- Observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
- Maintain safe public access to the restaurant
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
