Job Description

Mitra QSR is one of the largest KFC franchise organizations in the United States, operating 180 stores across 15 states and making it the third-largest KFC franchisee in the country. As a part of Yum Brands, the world’s largest restaurant company with nearly 60,000 restaurants worldwide including KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and The Habit Burger Grill, Mitra QSR shares the same passion for service, growth, and community involvement while offering employees a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding industry. Yum Brands opens a new restaurant approximately every two hours, showcasing rapid growth and a strong presence in the food service sector.

We are currently hiring team members across three levels, including cashiers, cooks, and entry-level shift managers. Team members will learn valuable skills in customer service, food preparation, safety standards, and brand representation. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old with valid U.S. ID
  • Must be flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays to meet business needs
  • Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds

Job Duties

  • Ensure every customer has an excellent experience by greeting them warmly, providing quick and efficient service, and delivering great food with a smile
  • Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers
  • Involve in prepping and cooking food according to standards if not a minor
  • Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform and adhering to grooming standards
  • Collaborate well with team members to create a positive and productive work environment
  • Participate actively in training sessions and apply what you learn on the job
  • Keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained including front-of-house, kitchen, and equipment
