Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- full work availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- authorized to work in the United States
- ability to satisfy a background check

Job Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience with financial accountability and budget management
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- customer service experience
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
- lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
- oversee financial responsibilities including budgeting, payroll, and inventory management
- maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality
- deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest issues
- ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
