Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • full work availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to satisfy a background check
  • ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as walking and moving with reasonable or no accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience with financial accountability and budget management
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • customer service experience
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
  • oversee financial responsibilities including budgeting, payroll, and inventory management
  • maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality
  • deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest issues
  • ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • actively participate in community and philanthropic initiatives
