Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- capacity to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience
- proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- direct, motivate, coach, and develop team members
- ensure food safety compliance
- manage shift operations and team performance
- build and maintain a warm, inclusive, and authentic team culture
- handle guest interactions to ensure excellent service
- oversee operational tasks such as inventory and scheduling
