Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of hospitality experience
- Food management certifications are preferred
- Must have a proactive run it like you own it mentality
- Excellent organizational, customer service and time management skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with diverse teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass reference checks
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality experience of at least 1-2 years
- Food management certifications are a plus

Job Duties
- Serve as a role-model and lead the team
- Ensure that team members are providing great customer service
- Take ownership for the business performance of the restaurant
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures
- Run quality opening, mid and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience
- Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Greet customers and conduct table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train and motivate staff
- Assist specialists within the bakery-cafe by ensuring team members are properly trained and fully competent in all aspects of food service and customer support
- Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines and cultural values
- Exhibit a professional image and promote company values and beliefs
