Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- servsafe certification if required by state law
- ability to stand and walk 90 to 95 percent of the shift
- ability to lift 15 to 25 pounds
- ability to operate cash register and read video monitors
- ability to speak another language depending on location
- willingness to complete Team Leader training
- ability to work well with diverse groups
- self-starter who takes initiative
Job Qualifications
- six months consecutive experience at Jack in the Box or one year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- completion of Team Leader training classes
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math skills
- good organizational and planning skills
- integrity and ethical behavior
- basic knowledge of personal computers and related software
Job Duties
- train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest service
- ensure quality and great tasting food
- execute 20/20 guest expectations consistently
- ensure compliance with Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards
- supervise daily restaurant operations
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- support team development and training
