Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Six consecutive months Jack in the Box experience with 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotes or one year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
  • Completion of Team Leader training classes
  • ServSafe certification in certain states
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Capability to perform basic math operations
  • Ability to stand and walk 90%-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
  • Ability to listen, operate cash register, and read video monitors

Job Qualifications

  • Six consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience or one year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
  • Completed Team Leader training classes
  • ServSafe certification where required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with diverse groups
  • Self-starter with initiative and strong ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure great tasting and quality food is served
  • Execute on 20/20 guest expectations consistently
  • Ensure compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards
  • Supervise daily operational activities on the restaurant floor
  • Support team development through coaching and feedback
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
