Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in certain states
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Must have six consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience and be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes or have one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk 90-95% of the shift
- Ability to operate a cash register and read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- Six consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or one year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in certain states
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
