From competitive compensation packages to flexible work policies, Rich's strives to bring out the best in its employees while ensuring they balance work and life effectively.

The Production Team Leader position at Rich's, located in Torrance, California, offers a key leadership role within the operations segment. The incumbent will play a critical role in employee relations by resolving issues through the grievance process, recommending recognition, promotions, or disciplinary actions, and cultivating a positive team environment.

Ideal candidates will bring at least five years of food manufacturing experience and two years of supervisory experience, along with strong communication skills to interact effectively within a diverse workforce that may include English, Spanish, and Asian-speaking employees. Proficiency in SAP or similar systems, basic computer skills, and a commitment to maintaining GMP and safety standards are required to excel in this leadership position. This role not only involves production oversight but also emphasizes leadership in problem-solving, teamwork, and motivating others to perform at their best.

Rich's values diversity and inclusion, committing to equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status. The company also provides reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and relevant state and local laws to ensure an equitable hiring and employment process.

The compensation range for the Production Team Leader is estimated between $79,864 and $108,051 annually, with the actual pay varying based on experience, skills, shift differentials, and location. Rich's offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support associates’ health, financial well-being, and work-life balance. Benefits include health and financial benefits, paid time off, parental leave, family planning support, flexible work arrangements, associate resource groups, community volunteering opportunities, holiday gatherings, and in-house taste tests to enjoy the company’s food products.

In summary, joining Rich's as a Production Team Leader means becoming part of a globally recognized food company that is deeply invested in its associates' success and well-being.
