The Food Service Category Manager role is integral to maintaining and elevating the high standards of food service across Sprint Mart locations. This position focuses on comprehensive oversight and development of food offerings, ensuring that every aspect from food preparation to presentation aligns with company standards and customer expectations. The manager will lead teams in the implementation of the Best Bean Coffee Program, oversee inventory and refrigeration compliance, negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, and be responsible for identifying store-specific food service potentials. Effective leadership and an outgoing personality are crucial, as the role requires training team members, monitoring product quality, and maintaining strong communication channels with store and regional leadership.

This is a full-time operational leadership role where the selected candidate will serve as a key figure in promoting sales and innovations within the food service category. The manager must be Servsafe certified or willing to achieve certification within six months to ensure food safety standards are met. They will develop and implement market plans, uphold brand standards, and drive initiatives that expand the food service offerings by researching trends and competitive benchmarks. Collaboration is essential, working closely with district leaders, regional leaders, and team members to recommend and execute effective promotions and programs. Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, this leadership role involves strategic input at regional and corporate levels, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and growth objectives.

As a member of the Sprint Mart Leadership Team, the Food Service Category Manager will demonstrate honesty, dependability, excellent judgment, and a collective leadership style that emphasizes the 'big picture' vision.
