Zinc combines the charm and comfort of a community-focused market with the vibrant energy of a restaurant, making it a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.

At Zinc, the commitment to quality extends beyond the food; it permeates the customer experience and the workplace environment. This dedication to excellence is what makes Zinc stand out in the casual dining and market sector. The company supports its team members, encouraging a culture of collaboration, respect, and personal growth. With a focus on diversity and inclusivity, Zinc strives to create a welcoming workspace for all employees.

The role of Team Leader within Zinc is a vital position that directly supports the Kitchen Managers in running the daily operations of the kitchens. This role is best suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences. The Team Leader is instrumental in making every guest feel at home by leading by example and ensuring consistent execution of kitchen duties. The position demands a strong leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a positive attitude to inspire the team. Compliance with safety guidelines, particularly those related to food handling and COVID-19, is paramount, ensuring both employee and customer safety. Team Leaders also play a critical role in inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen that meets company quality standards.

Zinc offers a competitive compensation package that includes wages plus tips, with starting wages varying depending on location. The company provides a range of benefits aimed at supporting the wellbeing of its employees, including paid time off, medical and dental plans, and a 401k with company match.
