Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as logistics, international business, or supply chain management
- Customs broker license preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Fluent in English oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customs clearance software
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Job Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customs clearance software
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant customs clearance of shipments
- Develop and implement customs compliance procedures and train team members on relevant customs regulations
- Work closely with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth customs clearance processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customs regulations and provide guidance to team members and customers
- Manage customs audits and other compliance activities
- Monitor and analyze customs compliance metrics and develop action plans to address any issues
- Maintain relationships with customs authorities and stay updated on regulatory changes
