Job Description

Known for its commitment to quality ingredients, culinary innovation, and exceptional guest experiences, CAVA has expanded its footprint across the United States with a strong presence in the fast-casual dining sector. The company embraces a culture deeply rooted in five core values: Generosity First, Always; Constant Curiosity; Act with Agility; Passion for Positivity; and Collective Ambition. These values foster a collaborative, supportive work environment where both employees and guests feel valued and respected. The restaurant chain prides itself on delivering not just great food but also positive service experiences by ensuring team members are well-trained, motivated, and appreciated.

The role of a Team Leader at CAVA is pivotal in actualizing the company’s mission, values, and operational competencies within the restaurant setting. They act as the frontline ambassadors for both the company and its guests, guiding team members through day-to-day tasks, delegating responsibilities, and fostering development opportunities. By working collaboratively with their teams, Team Leaders help ensure that operational standards are met consistently, key routines are executed effectively, and training initiatives are supported.

Team Leaders at CAVA are expected to contribute to the restaurant’s overall success by supporting guest interactions, maintaining food safety standards, overseeing inventory and cash handling procedures, and addressing any challenges that arise promptly and professionally.
