Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or management experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- approval of background check

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and welfare of employees and customers
- create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience
- provide service training and leadership to staff members
- manage POS terminal transactions including sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty programs, and opening/closing procedures
- oversee inventory control including shipping and receiving, price management, damaged merchandise, and conducting physical inventory
- maintain sales floor merchandising and visual presentation standards including merchandise placement and sales floor housekeeping
- manage payroll control including scheduling, payroll budget compliance, and time and attendance
- train and develop team members using available training tools
- enforce loss prevention policies and procedures
- manage all day-to-day store operations in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager
