Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and welfare of employees and customers
  • Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience
  • Provide service training and leadership to staff members

  • Oversee inventory control including shipping, receiving, price management, and damaged merchandise
  • Maintain sales floor merchandising and visual presentation standards
  • Manage scheduling, payroll budget compliance, and attendance tracking
  • Train and develop direct reports using available training tools
  • Enforce loss prevention policies and protect company assets
