Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of doughnuts and baked goods according to Dunkin' recipes and standards
- Ensure all baking equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
- Monitor ingredient inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous learning and training sessions to improve baking skills
