The Schoharie Campus of the Career & Technical Education program is dedicated to providing high-quality vocational training to high school students, preparing them for dynamic careers in various industries. Among its specialized programs, the hospitality and tourism culinary career pathway is designed to equip students with essential skills, knowledge, and work habits necessary to thrive in the culinary arts sector. This particular role focuses on instructing high school students in the essential practices, procedures, and skills associated with the hospitality and tourism culinary industry. The instructor's mission is to provide entry-level culinary skills that can either directly lead to gainful employment or support further education at the post-secondary level. The position involves developing comprehensive course plans, creating an engaging curriculum, and assessing student progress to meet educational standards.
