Job Requirements
- Valid TX driver license and acceptable driving record
- acceptable background review
- negative drug screen
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic math, reading and writing skills
- ability to apply common sense
- ability to deal with problems in standardized situations
- physical ability including frequent standing, walking, sitting, grasping, gripping, writing, typing, finger dexterity, occasional bending, stooping, squatting, climbing stairs or ladders, pushing, pulling, reaching above shoulders and lifting 1-25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic math, reading and writing skills
- strong mental aptitude
- strong verbal communication skills
- strong personal initiative
- ability to use a computer and 10 key calculator
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
Job Duties
- Handle all transactions including service and parts customer payments
- maintain accurate record keeping and data entry
- file necessary documentation
- refer customers with additional questions to service advisors or appropriate personnel
- handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- take or refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual
- balance cash drawer daily
