This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a lively atmosphere where traditional values meet modern hospitality, making the guest's visit memorable and enjoyable.

This Server position at the Tulalip Tribes is designed for individuals with a passion for customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves operating a point of sale system to process orders and payments accurately, assisting the bartender with various tasks such as stocking and cleaning, and demonstrating professionalism at all times. Serving beer, wine, and cocktails requires the appropriate permits and adherence to safety and legal standards, reflecting the company’s commitment to responsible service. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and capable of handling physical aspects of the job, including carrying trays weighing up to 30 lbs continuously. The employment is full-time with shifts that may include days, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays, requiring flexibility and dedication.

The server will work closely with other team members to maintain cleanliness and order in service areas, assist with coffee preparation, and uphold all health and safety regulations. Training and certification are part of the onboarding process, including obtaining a Food Handler’s card and a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days of hire. This ensures compliance with state regulations and supports the organization’s high standards for safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience serving in restaurant, lounge, or casino settings, coupled with basic math skills and cashiering experience to handle transactions efficiently. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, highlighting the importance of foundational education in this role. The server position with the Tulalip Tribes offers competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within the hospitality sector.
