Job Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
minimum two years work experience as a Scratch Baker or Pastry Cook
ability to perform basic math skills
must obtain and hold Food Handler's card within 60 days from date of hire
must obtain SERVSAFE certification within 60 days of hire
must be flexible to work both casino sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino and the Quil Ceda Creek Casino
must pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit
must be able to work any shift assigned including days, swing, grave, weekends and/or holidays
must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred
minimum two years experience as a Scratch Baker or Pastry Cook
ability to perform basic math skills
knowledge of food safety practices
ability to obtain Food Handler's card within 60 days
ability to obtain SERVSAFE certification within 60 days
experience working in a multi-baker environment
successful employment history
ability to work any assigned shift including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Produce baked goods from scratch, frozen, or mix following recipe and product specifications
ensure highest quality standards in all baked products
maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards
perform equipment maintenance and cleanliness
comply with food safety regulations including holding Food Handler's card and SERVSAFE certification
work flexible shifts at both Tulalip Resort Casino and Quil Ceda Creek Casino
cooperate with team members to meet production schedules and quality targets
