Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in taxation in public accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to high-quality client service
- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to hybrid work environments
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in taxation with a public accounting firm
- Masters degree or 150 college credit hours with requisite accounting courses (Bachelor’s degree may be considered)
- CPA certificate or advanced professional degree preferred
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and planning
Job Duties
- Analyze term sheets and related legal documents
- Review financial models and conduct tax advisory and structuring services
- Perform buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence
- Manage multiple tax transaction engagements to successful completion
- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and deliver superior service
- Provide creative solutions to complex tax issues
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables
