Job Description

Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos is a popular neighborhood tavern brand known for its vibrant atmosphere and dedication to providing an all-American dining, gaming, and entertainment experience. Currently operating five successful locations, Seventy Six Taverns is expanding with its sixth venue at West Dorrell and Revere. The tavern offers guests a unique blend of high-energy sports viewing, gaming excitement, and handcrafted culinary delights. Each location features 15 state-of-the-art 20-inch LCD gaming machines and a VIP Gaming Club that includes free play and compelling slot promotions. With 18 high-definition TVs, patrons can enjoy nonstop sports action alongside a full bar and restaurant that serves all-American spirits, food, and cocktails 24 hours a day.

The role available is for both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) team members, with a special focus on the Cook position in the kitchen. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards that Seventy Six Taverns is known for in food quality, kitchen operation, and customer satisfaction. The Cook will directly support the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef in day-to-day kitchen activities. The cook ensures that kitchen equipment is functioning properly and that cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly upheld throughout the kitchen environment. Responsibilities include cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming a variety of items such as meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables to ensure high-quality food preparation. Additionally, the Cook maintains stocked cold items and ensures the overall cleanliness and workability of the kitchen and its equipment.

Job Duties

  • Support Executive Chef and Assistant Chefs in kitchen operations

  • Maintain stocked cold food items
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
