The role of Assistant General Manager at Seventy Six Taverns is a vital leadership position pivotal to maintaining the company’s culture and service excellence. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for embodying and promoting Seventy Six Taverns' “We Win Heart Service” culture throughout the tavern, ensuring guests consistently receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service. This position requires overseeing daily operations, including labor scheduling aligned with business demands, staffing to optimize service and meet labor cost goals, and conducting inventories to maintain operational efficiency. The role demands adherence to stringent regulatory requirements covering health, safety, labor laws, and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, reflecting the company’s commitment to upholding legal and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of gaming operations, including paytables and the Gaming Club, requiring possession of a valid Gaming Registration from the State of Nevada. Additionally, they must hold current Clark County Health and Alcohol Awareness cards, underscoring the responsibility tied to managing food, beverage, and gaming services. The Assistant General Manager plays an instrumental role in supporting and empowering team members, fostering an environment of professionalism, high morale, and continuous improvement. This particular role demands a minimum age of 21 and experience in high-volume tavern environments, with at least two years in front-of-house operations or assistant management. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
  • maintain proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards
  • maintain 80% or higher shopper report scores
  • accurate and proper comp and cash handling skills
  • knowledge of service and food and beverage in tavern operations
  • at least two years of front-of-the-house or assistant management experience
  • excellent basic math skills
  • able to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties
