Job Requirements

must hold Gaming Registration for the State of Nevada
must hold Clark County Health Card
must hold Alcohol Awareness Card

Job Qualifications

must be at least 21 years of age
ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
maintain proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards
maintain 80% or higher shopper report scores
accurate and proper comp and cash handling skills
knowledge of service and food and beverage in tavern operations
at least two years of front-of-the-house or assistant management experience
excellent basic math skills
able to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

practice and promote the "We Win Heart Service" company-wide culture
ensure all guests receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service
schedule labor in accordance with anticipated business activity
ensure all positions are staffed as needed and labor costs meet objectives
perform inventories regularly
comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal health, safety, and labor regulations
follow Responsible Gaming Guidelines
