Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years restaurant experience
- At least 1 year supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Prior catering or event planning experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to upholding hospitality and service standards
- Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Significant restaurant experience – 3 years minimum, depending on quality of experience
- 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- 1+ years prior experience in catering or event planning preferred
Job Duties
- Provide active leadership on the floor to ensure seamless service execution and a consistently elevated guest experience
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations across the tasting room, bar, restaurant, retail shop, and tour areas
- Maintain a visible leadership presence during service while focusing on oversight, direction, and problem-solving rather than primary service execution
- Monitor guest flow, pacing, and service standards to ensure operational efficiency and hospitality excellence
- Address and resolve guest concerns, ensuring timely and thoughtful service recovery when needed
- Lead and develop the Front of House team through coaching, accountability, and clear communication
- Support efficient staffing and labor management to balance service quality with business needs
