Job Duties
- manage day to day bar operations
- train and supervise tasting room staff
- inventory management
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
- create and execute value-added guest experience opportunities including tours, classes, tastings
- manage POS system, run necessary reports and reconcile deposits
- learn and promote Ty Iechyd Da Distillery's offerings including creating rotating variety of cocktails showcasing base spirits
- learn and speak about Springfield Brewing Company's beers and Brewco's menu offerings
- support and lead staff during peak hours
- offer off-site support at distillery events or satellite locations
