Job Requirements

- experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- show up ready by preparing and staying sharp
- learn food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide guests
- prepare and maintain tasting station cleanliness and stock
- restock and maintain product displays
- support team with carryout orders and guest services
- communicate effectively to ensure smooth service flow
- welcome guests warmly and answer questions about wine, food, and Wine Club
- proactively build relationships and create memorable moments
- share Cooper's Hawk story and promote Wine Club membership
- introduce tastings and special retail items to enhance guest experience
