Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
- passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest
- prepare and maintain tasting station clean and stocked
- restock and maintain product displays
- support team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas
- communicate with team members to deliver smooth service
- welcome guests warmly and answer questions about wine and the Wine Club
- proactively build relationships with guests and create memorable moments
