Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable tasting experience
- Describe wines, winemaking techniques and winery history through unique stories
- Promote wine sales and wine club memberships
- Take food and wine orders from guests
- Assist in serving food, supporting events, and maintaining a sustainable environment
- Handle routine purchasing transactions including guest account accuracy and processing shipping orders
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain supply of clean polished glasses and assist in keeping wine storage and tasting room organized and properly maintained
- Expedite and run food to tables in absence of a food runner
- Assist with on-site events and monthly Pairings Dinners
- Assist with other duties as necessary or requested
- Support company’s efforts to create a more sustainable, cross-cultural, and green environment
