Job Requirements
- Valid Washington State MAST Class 12 Permit
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid Washington State MAST Class 12 Permit
- Previous experience in wine tasting room or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for wine and customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and sales skills
- Ability to work weekends and some weekdays
Job Duties
- Provide curated and VIP wine tasting and bottle service to guests and members
- Drive sales of tasting room and wine club membership growth
- Assist in executing winery sponsored and private events in the tasting room
- Full opening and closing responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tasting room
- Engage customers with wine knowledge and personalized service
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
