Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in concierge or guest services preferred
  • Knowledge of local events, venues, and transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle special requests
  • Proficiency with reservation systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Handle special guest requests promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, venues, and hotel amenities
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
