Job Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • Experience preferably in a union environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability from August 14, 2025, to September 27, 2025
  • Service-oriented and energetic attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in upscale independent or high-volume hotel restaurant
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with scheduling and staff management
  • Previous banquet or private event experience preferred
  • Wine and spirits certification preferred
  • Passion for food and beverage trends and innovation
  • Ability to train and develop a diverse team

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing to optimize service coverage
  • Collaborate with food and beverage leadership and chefs to implement new concepts
  • Manage banquet and private event services to meet client expectations
  • Train and mentor restaurant staff to uphold service standards
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel managers and teams
  • Oversee inventory and ensure compliance with wine and spirits regulations
