With a strong commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence, we operate a diverse portfolio of properties across the USA. Our company's reputation is built on our dedication to providing outstanding experiences for guests, fostering a positive and productive work environment for our employees, and maintaining strong relationships with well-known hotel brands. We pride ourselves on being industry leaders who continuously innovate and elevate standards in the hotel management sector, ensuring sustained growth and success in all our ventures.
Currently, we are seeking a traveling Hotel Task Force General Manager with extensive experience working with branded hotels such as Marriott, Choice, and IHG. This position requires a dynamic and highly skilled individual who can provide immediate leadership and operational stability to various properties across the country. The role is crucial in enhancing and stabilizing current operational teams during transitional periods as we search for permanent leadership candidates. This position demands an experienced professional who can adapt quickly to different property environments, lead diverse teams, and uphold the high standards associated with our brands.
As a Hotel Task Force General Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive daily oversight of multiple hotel properties across the USA. This heavily traveled role requires spending a minimum of two weeks at a time on the road, visiting and managing different properties based on business needs. You will supervise hotel operations, manage administrative functions including accounts payable processing, and ensure accurate reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics. Your leadership will play a vital role in improving operational performance, driving guest satisfaction, and sustaining team morale.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities combined with extensive general management experience within major hotel brands. Strong operational and administrative skills are essential, allowing you to provide hands-on direction and maintain effective control over all facets of hotel operations. Your ability to cultivate trust among employees, foster a customer-focused culture, and navigate the complexities of branded hotel standards will be key to your success in this role. In joining our team, you will be part of a forward-thinking organization that values quality, teamwork, and professional growth. We offer competitive benefits including medical, vision, dental coverage, and a 401K enrollment option. If you possess a strong multi-brand background and thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intense environment, we encourage you to apply and help us continue our legacy of success.
