Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years property-level experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Strong working knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to analyze and understand financial reports
  • Must be in good standing with strong recent performance reviews
  • Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to Ohio
  • Ability to drive automobile and fly commercially
  • Commitment to providing superior guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum three to five years of property-level experience as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar
  • Strong working knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated financial reporting and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of performance in a general management role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction for hotels in the absence of General Manager or Area Manager
  • Perform daily management and sales duties to ensure optimum property operations
  • Coordinate and manage hotel staff and day-to-day operations
  • Lead property management coaching and mentoring to achieve goal targets
  • Participate in hotel sales and lead generation efforts
  • Oversee regional initiatives including recruitment, training compliance, and hotel audits
  • Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction through service excellence
