Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years property level General Manager, Hotel Manager, or AGM experience
  • Strong to expert knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial reporting procedures
  • Good standing with strong performance reviews as current General Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Ability to travel extensively by air and automobile
  • Willingness to spend three weeks out of four in Ohio
  • Ability to drive automobile and fly commercial air flights

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Three to five years of property level experience as General Manager, AGM, or similar hotel role
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Proven ability to lead and coach management teams
  • Excellent knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction for hotels in the absence of General Manager or District Manager
  • Share Manager On Duty responsibilities during off hours with AGM/GM
  • Perform daily management and sales duties to ensure optimum property operation
  • Work closely with regional leadership, training, and corporate to identify coaching and mentoring opportunities
  • Demonstrate and promote 100% commitment to guest and employee experience
  • Coach and support property management and associates on customer-centric service culture
  • Provide direction to maximize revenues and flow through to EBITDA
