We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong leadership skills. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee all front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out, ensuring that every guest interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism and care. You will lead and motivate a team of front desk associates, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork to consistently exceed guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, skilled communicator, and an effective trainer who can onboard new staff and maintain high performance standards among team members. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • six months front desk experience
  • prior cash handling experience
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service
  • handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
  • train and onboard new front desk staff members
  • ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information
  • collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures
