Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Capability to climb ladders
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in spaces with common allergens
- Capacity to remain mobile during scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively using multiple devices and technology
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and OSHA guidelines
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting quality handcrafted beverages and food
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food and Beverage Standards and Starbucks brand standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, and cleaning
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area for guests
- Engage meaningfully with guests to understand and meet their needs
- Follow food safety guidelines and complete all related training and documentation
