Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of related culinary or service experience in a fast-paced fine dining establishment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- working knowledge of state and federal safety and sanitary requirements
- current Food Handler's Card
- LEAD Card
- ability to learn Company POS and timekeeping systems
- ability to perform essential job duties
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, loud, close quarters environment
- adherence to uniform policy
- ability to carry a tray
- ability to engage with guests politely and professionally
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Use opening and closing checklists daily
- create the best guest experience and cultivate customer return
- respond to guests needs or requests in a timely manner
- maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils
- support wait staff with food delivery and retrieval of supplies
- assist other restaurant positions as needed
- prepare dining areas by setting tables and stocking supplies
- clear and aid dishwasher receiving area (stocking busser)
- carry dirty dishes to dishwasher (stocking busser)
- maintain stock of supplies during service (stocking busser)
- mop and clean spills (stocking busser)
- conduct restroom checks and replenish supplies (stocking busser)
- maintain side work and room appearance (stocking busser)
- monitor ticket times and notify chef and manager if delayed (running busser)
- ensure food and drinks meet expectations and recipes (running busser)
- assist servers without direct guest interference (running busser)
- prepare coffee beverages when trained (running busser)
- communicate with host staff about table availability (running busser)
- ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies
- report maintenance, security, and safety issues
- carry a tray at all times
- maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- provide great customer service
- engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
- complete all assigned training
