The role of Busser/Runner at TAP Sports Bar is vital in ensuring the smooth flow of operations and the maintenance of a clean, organized, and welcoming dining space. Busser/Runners are the backbone in supporting the Food Servers by managing the cleanliness of dining tables, floors, and beverage stations, as well as assisting with the timely delivery of food and supplies. This full-time position, operating between 11 am to 12:30 am, offers a starting pay rate of $16.60 per hour, with additional tips anticipated up to $1,300 annually. The role emphasizes the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Responsibilities range from sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and tables, managing stock rotation, to running food orders to and from the storeroom and warehouse.
