Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in dining host role
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible
- Part-time availability of 16-24 hours per week

- Ability and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant
- Manage reservations and maintain an accurate count using the reservation book
- Communicate with Restaurant Reservations regarding special orders and requests, and relay guest needs to management and the kitchen
- Maintain knowledge of daily activities, table setups, and restaurant hours, ensuring menus are current and in good condition
- Frequently check on guests waiting to be seated, assuring them that their tables are being prepared
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, shutting down the podium and forwarding phones to voice-mail at the end of the shift
- Assist food servers, bus persons, and food service runners as needed
