Job Requirements
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of TA experience and strong knowledge of the DFW talent market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and naturally curious with the ability to achieve results in high-energy, fast, paced changing environment
- The capability to thrive in a competitive environment
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven work experience in assisting in the recruiting process
- 1-2 years of human resources experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Assessment Tool (HireVue) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Job Duties
- Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
- Assisting the hiring manager with recruitment duties
- Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and that the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements
- Publishing job postings on our career website and job sites
- Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate resumes
- Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements if the background screening is not completed on candidates
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
- Work closely with the HRBP DFW to ensure seamless onboarding experience for new hires including document management, training coordination, and compliance tracking
- Employee engagement and retention - collaborate with the HRBP DFW on engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, enhance retention, and ensure employee satisfaction
- Assist with the administration of HR policies, employee record-keeping, and compliance with employment regulations
- Provide general HR assistance, including managing employee inquiries, assisting with performance management, and preparing HR-related reports
